Our Maritime Collection of whiskeys are aged harborside, and even aboard working boats, as they carry the unmistakable influence of South Norwalk’s coastal climate.

Our Finished at Sea Bourbon is aged onboard working oyster boats operated by Copps Island Oysters plying the waters of the Long Island Sound six days a week, 52 weeks a year.

Our Harborside Bourbon is aged in our distillery steps away from the Long Island Sound where they are exposed year-round to New England’s coastal seasons, temperature changes and briny sea air.

Whether your pleasure is “on the shore or on the water” the result is full-bodied, award-winning spirits that fully embody our all-seasons maritime environment while embracing the whiskey making traditions of old.
